I don't know what Randall Munroe's metric is for some of these! Alaska is worth 3 points and they're obviously not going blue in the presidential race. But the footnote mentions that he's also including statewide elections, so maybe y'all have something interesting going on at the state level this year that he had his eye on? A tight Attorney General race or some such?
