My local news station posted this page of guidance from a UCSF professor of psychiatry on ways to take care of yourself in the current news cycle.
Another good set of resources is this thread from RAINN with links covering many different aspects of healing and self-care for both survivors of sexual violence and their loved ones. RAINN also offers 24/7 confidential phone and online crisis support, but the online chat line has been overwhelmed with users since Thursday, and as of today (Sunday) they're still advising people to use the phone line instead if possible.
